The general serving size, of 100% Pure Kratom, is approximately 3 grams. Our larger packaging includes a scoop, and when filled just shy of the top, delivers approximately 3 grams of kratom. this serving will contain approximately 50mg of mitragynine and 80mg of total kratom alkaloids.
